The staff were very nice,the room was a good size and had everything supplied. Very close to Supermarket, train and lots of restaurants but no night life near

The noise from rude guests was unbearable, rooms 405 & 406 every couple of minutes someone would slam a door or knock on a door and because there was no carpet in the hall you could hear a mouse fart at 100 paces, this banging went on until early in the morning and though the staff knew about it they did not kick the culprits out or even warn them as it went on for days They missed my 9.30 wake up call and a phone message from Australia was not passed on.... Crossing the road out the front would be a nightmare for elderly people and you must do it in order to go anywhere.

the location is excellent, very easy to go LRT and monorail. near center of city.

the floor is not clean at the corridor. water leaking a little at toilet pipe. shower place water will splash to the toilet area. better have a sliding door to separtate it.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location next to a mrt train station.

No internet access. Uncomfortable crampt rooms that look alot bigger in the photos on the website. They claim to have cable tv but there are only three stations two of which are in house movie channels and only one of them actually had a movie running. Air conditioner was positioned right above the bed and instead of cooling the room just blows cold air directly on to you. The rooms were dirty with alot of marks on the walls and the breakfast was very limited and unsatisfying.

the hotel management should have maintenance over the facilities such as the door lock, cupboard. The breakfast should be served with more hot food.

The hotel is near to the lrt station. Room is comfortable and the housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room clean.

The breakfast spread could have been better.

Good point is that the public transport station is just opposite the hotel, so very easy to get anywhere in the city.

The size of the room is not true as mentioned in the website, the room is very small, bed is also small, however the hotel is new, things are already broken, showing the low quality. I was not much satisfied while the stay. The breakfast was also very low.

Clean unpretentious hotel for those who have business @ ptwc which is about 150m away. There are numerous places for food/shopping nearby. Directly opposite pwtc lrt.

The a/c blows directly on you in bed. You either cover your head with the blanket and suffocate or get a cold in the morning since a/c vents can't be controlled.

we checked in 4 hours late, n we checked out an hour late and was charged Rm30, i feel thats stupid to treat customers that way, and what stupid breakfeast was that? u call that breakfeast? look up in the dictionary if u dont know the maning of it.

Once again in Malaysia our wake-up call to rise early to get to the airport failed! Breakfast on the first morning very average, not much to choose from at all, I would not say it was a buffet at all.

The staffs attitude are not good. They dont even speak good english. No smile at all.
